Refunds and Returns policy
Your satisfaction is our daily and ultimate goal so we will always support and guide you to ensure that the best option is offered to you according to your circumstances. However, we need to walk you through about our Company policies in this respect so everyone is treated fairly.
We have a 365 day warranty that covers you in any faulty materials or manufacturing process event so you are covered for any mistakes that are made on our side.
1) Unwanted products / Different colour/style required / Mistaken purchase
Please contact our awesome customer service team at [email protected] so they can guide you through the steps to return the item safely.
We may issue you with a refund as we know how unpleasant is being stuck with a product that we don’t want. In this scenario we would need you to ship the product back in the same condition you received it including packaging within 14 days. Once we check the unit received, we will issue you with the appropriate refund within 14 days after returning the goods. Returns received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
We can’t reimburse any shipping costs (initial and return) under these circumstances.
2) Faulty material or manufacturing defects
Same as before, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] so they can guide you through the steps to return the item safely.
We will need you to send us a few pictures of the problem so we can raise internally and investigate the underlying reason.
We will offer you the option to get a full refund or to get a replacement (same product) sent to you.
If after you have spoken to our Customer Service team and the best solution is that you send the unit back, we will cover the return postage.
