Cork’s harvest happens by removing the bark off the cork oak tree without causing any damage to the tree. This can only be done every 9 years in order to allow the tree to reach full maturity and to have time to self re-generate.
For this reason, every tree, is a source of renewed raw material. The cork is cut from the same trees time and time again for some 200 years and they grow with no pesticides or irrigation.
The oak forests in the Mediterranean support one of the world’s highest levels of forest biodiversity, second only to the Amazonian Rainforest.
Cork is absolutely unique as the different grain and textures as well as colours mean no two pieces are the same.
Natural cork is recyclable and biodegradable. Even the cork powder and chemical components that are removed during manufacturing can be recovered as useful fuel sources without producing any toxic residues.

These are methods of automatically identifying objects, collecting data about them and entering that data directly into computer systems without human involvement. Do your products block all types of RFID frequencies or can be used for example to block my employee ID card to be read?
Our RFID blocking credit card sleeves, anti scan stainless steel wallets, vegan and unique cork wallets and our travel money belts and pouches have a fine RFID blocking layer that blocks 13.56 MHz frequencies which are those used in contactless payment cards and e-passports. Our products won’t block other frequencies as the technology used doesn’t support them.
How do I get the best out of this RFID protection in your products?
For our cork wallets, there are two layers of RFID protection, one inside the card slots and another at the cover/back of the wallet, therefore your security wallet will be fully protected when closed but careful attention will be needed when opened as a big part of your credit or debit cards will be exposed.
For our Travel Belt and Neck Pouch, there are two layers of RFID blocking material, one at the front pocket and one on the back of the main compartment so your products will be fully covered when in use. However, careful attention will be needed if you take your product out and place it facing up with the back of the product and if you have contents in the mesh pocket as the RFID layer cannot be applied to this fabric.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Depending on where you are shipping the product to, we have different methods or “speeds” available.
If your delivery is within the UK, we do standard delivery which takes around 3 to 5 working days or expedited which is next day.
If your delivery is within the USA, we do standard delivery which takes 2 to 6 working days, expedited which takes up to 2 working days and next day.
We also ship internally from the UK to 26 countries in the European Union where we can only offer standard shipping which can take up to 10 working days. The reason why we can’t offer any other speeds is because once our products leave the UK, they are handled by the local post in each country where we have no control over.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Your package will arrive according to the chosen shipping method e.g. standard, next day.
Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As our products are picked with care, we might take up to 24 hours to prepare the goods to be ready to be shipped. However, when you choose two day or next day shipping, we will strive for delivering within those timeframes.

What happened if I am not at home to receive my delivery?
If you spend majority of time at work, it would be maybe more advisable arranging delivery to your work address. If we attempt to deliver and no one is at home to receive it and our product doesn’t fit the letterbox or needs a signature, our courier will leave a note informing of next steps e.g. will make a second attempt, left it with a neighbour or you need to collect it from their nearest depot.
My order's status is "delivered" but I haven't received the package, what shall I do?
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere safe, such as your porch or garage.
If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or that the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you complete the purchase, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we’ve charged your credit card.
In the unlike scenario that we ran out of stock of the product that you have purchased and for some reason, our system didn’t stop the transaction or we didn’t mark the product as “out of stock”, we will contact you in a timely fashion to resolve together the situation and find a viable solution.
Do I need an account to place an order?
